AVAILABILITY

All colours are in stock unless otherwise noted on site. Orders will typically be shipped the next working day from order. In some cases, it may take up to 7-days to process your order. If an order cannot be shipped out within 7 business days, we will be in touch to inform you of the status of your order within 1 working day to provide options.

ORDERING

Smoke signals are a 1.4S pyrotechnical and R18. After purchasing you will be required to provide ID which must match your order details. You will be able to submit this after placing your order. If you cannot provide this information you will be contacted within 7-days. Acceptable proof will be a copy of

  • Your driving license
  • Passport
  • Firearms license
  • 18 Plus card.

You may provide ID on collection if collecting.

If an order is paid and submitted and cannot be fulfiled due to the buyer being underage or unable/refuse to provide adequate ID then a refund will be provided, minus a 20% restocking fee).

We shall acknowledge receipt of each order by email, if you do not receive an email after your order, please check your spam folder. Such acceptance shall establish the contract between us. We will treat each order for goods, which is confirmed when you click on the complete order button at the bottom of the checkout, as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject to these terms and conditions. We shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of goods set out in your order.

PRICES

All pricing is correct at time of listing and all prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars.

PAYMENT

Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website. This currently includes debit/credit cards via secure payments provided by Stripe.com

We do not offer a layby or payment plan. Payment is made at time of checkout.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to New Zealand only. All orders are shipped via cour as 1.4S Dangerous Goods. A signature will be required on delivery. These will not be left unsigned.

All orders are provided with a tracking number once shipped. You will receive this via email. If you do not receive a tracking number, you can contact us for one.

Please check all orders for damage on delivery. Signed for packages waive the right to refunds due to damaged goods.

Collection by appointment in the Tauranga avenues is available if required.

LOST ITEMS

If your order does not arrive within 7 working days of receiving dispatch notification, the first course of action is to call your local PBT branch and provide them with the tracking ID. You can also see the status of your parcel via the tracking link sent to you.

If your item is lost by the courier we will put a claim in with them, (the courier company may inform us that the customer will have to put a claim in)  a new order will be sent as soon as the claim is sorted.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

Refunds are not provided if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. Refunds or replacements will be provided for damaged goods. Buyers will need to organise and cover the cost of return carriage.

Products may vary slightly from the pictured image (notably the top of the smoke signal make have coloured plastic to represent the colour of the smoke). This is normal and not cause for a refund.

If a refund is required due to you (the customer) being underage or unable/refusing to provide ID, a 20% restocking fee will be taken.

Refunds cannot be provided once an order has been shipped until that order has been returned to us.

Pyrotechnics do have the possibility of failure to ignite. If this happens please follow the safety procedure of leaving the unit to sit in water overnight. In order to receive a refund/replacement unit you will need to take photos of the unit which has failed to ignite. Depending on location we may organise the collection of this unit. We will refund or replace the unit on a future order (choice will be yours).

EXCLUSION/LIMITATION of LIABILITY

We will not be held liable for any misuse of the smoke signals. They are not to be used in public without consent or where you may cause undue distress.

We strongly advise not to use these indoors. Use in an outside well-ventilated area.
