Shipping prices are dynamic and will be automatically calculated at checkout once you’ve selected your region. 

On average you’re looking at:

• North Island: $19.99 & 1-3 Day Delivery
• South Island 23.99 & 3-5 Day Delivery

Remember smoke signals are ‘dangerous goods’ due to the pyrotechnic classification, they incur surcharges compared to normal parcels.

Before any order can be shipped we will need to verify your age. 1.4S Smoke Signals are an R18 restricted product. After purchase you will be required to submit ID before your order will be shipped.

Typically orders are shipped the next working day. In some cases, it may take up to 7 business days if we need to bring in stock from the warehouse. We will contact you if this is the case.

All national orders are shipped via courier as dangerous goods. A signature will be required on delivery. Rural can be an additional 2-3 days shipping time.

All orders are provided with a tracking number, this will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

A signature is required for all deliveries. Please check all orders for damage on delivery. Signed for packages waive the right to refunds due to damaged goods.
